6/2006 to date: Easthampton Savings Bank – Customer Service Assistant
Attention to the customer is number one. I am responsible for the customer flow for the account representatives. I answer all calls coming into the bank. Supply support to the office staff and have responsibilities in maintaining records and audits for the safety deposit area. I truly enjoy helping the customer get the best possible service in a timely fashion. Through this position my computer skills have increased and I am continually looking to learn more.

3/2002 – 11/2004 Owner/Operator Curves of Easthampton
Customer satisfaction was our number one priority so we focused on each client in the door with strong positive interaction and motivation. Daily calls and follow-up for existing and prospective members. Team meetings held on a monthly basis, for ideas and concerns on how to handle and promote them together for the good of the members. Holding many seminars to empower Curves members in all areas of their lives, for example nutrition, financial and alternative medicines.
1st and 2nd Annual Spa Day @ Curves of Easthampton, (4/03 & 4/04) with all the proceeds donated to the “Joslin Diabetes Center”. Many of the local businesses supported and help create an afternoon of pampering. Massage Therapists, Rekie Masters, Nail Technicians, Hair Salons, Cosmetic Companies, along with treats from local restaurants.
Marketing with local newspapers (such as the Gazette) as well as radio ads (WRNX), along with working with local business to connect and promote healthy life choices for our members and growth for our local community.
- Easthampton Chamber Board, Co-Chair Membership committee & helped in planning the Annual Table Top Expo with three other area chambers.
- Cottage Street Stations committee member, working on beautification of the street and the annual wine tasting benefit.

- 1st and 2nd Wellness Fair sponsored by Curves of Easthampton & Wellness Within Chiropractic. Bringing together many different approaches to creating a healthier life style.
- Sponsor & Committee member “Derrills Race” in honor of Sgt. Derrill Stoddard. All proceeds to the Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Cure.
7/1997 – 6/2002 Administrative Assistant, The Greater Easthampton Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
General office duties, answering phones, tracking all events for accounting purposes, bulk mailings and follow-up for members needs. Interacting with the public as they entered for information on membership to the chamber, visitors trying to find their way, or possible new residents to the town or our area. Created marketing materials for monthly mailings and marketing displays at all events. Also helping new members network during business events.

- Arranged for speakers: Author “Get out of my life” – and “Computer Savvy” with the Easthampton Police Department. Along with family events, such as: a swimming afternoon, and art show with Ice Cream Social. Two Fashion Show Fund Raisers encompassing the full school system and community members.
- Held open forums for Mayoral Election with the Chamber of Commerce
- Worked with the Emily Williston Memorial Library on Business Grant, marketing an implementing class required. The grant made available a Laptop computer and projector for any chamber member along with organizing for three computer classes for adults open the public held at Easthampton High School.
6/1988 – 7/1997 At-Home-Mom
Responsibilities included: raising two lovely daughters and their many friends that visited along with home maintenance and upkeep, food shopping, and general home duties. Keeping the home finances in order as well as all family correspondence. Organizing all travel for trips or outings for exploring. Teaching by example that positive healthy choices are the only choice.

- Walk-A-Thon, pennies collect by the students, giant tag sale, mailings to local businesses and the community in general – all receiving a Thank you note no matter the donation amount. As well as free ink in the local papers to help promote our cause.
- President Easthampton Community Association
- Held Informational Forums with city employee’s sot the citizens could ask questions: School Department and Department of Public Works. Working with Ch 5 and the Easthampton Chamber of Commerce to present Mayor and School Committee Forums for the community to help better understand the candidate’s views.
- Graduate of the “Citizen Police Academy”
- Worked with the Easthampton Police Department, Community Policing Program

- Walk-A-Thon, Jail & Bail, Cook Book, Letters to local businesses, and again as much free ink in the local papers to help promote our cause.

- Started, “Easthampton Talk” with Easthampton Community Access Television, ECAT. Interviewing local residents on projects, clubs and events happening in our city.

- Board Member PTO – helped with creating flyers and the newsletter.
- Committee Member “Thanksgiving Dinner” for the community at large, including delivers to home bound residents. (many years)

High School: Chicopee Comp Graduate 1979
College blended with life: Working on Associates Degree from HCC for Business. This has been an on-going goal blended with the needs of my family, friends and community. The next step will be UMASS – The University Without Walls to complete the Bachelors Degree in business.
